Tournament Teams
House league tournament teams may be
formed prior to the beginning of the league regular season. Typically
there are try-outs for these "select" teams. Tournament
teams usually play in 3-4 weekend tournaments, and are formed
in addition to playing the regular house league schedule. They
are limited to house players only. If you are interested in having
a team formed in your child's age group, and/or are interested
in coaching a tournament team, please contact your division director
(click on the "Board"
link to access their name/e-mail address).
2008 NYBL Tournament Teams Our
2008 Tournament Team Managers have been selected for every level except
8U (Pinto). Please submit all applications to Alan Rabinowitz, President
of NYBL, if you are interested in coaching or helping out at any of
these levels. All try-outs for the Novi Inferno will be held at
Community Sports Park, on Saturday April 5th. All try-outs take place
after the morning evaluations for the House Teams on the same field.
Most parents have indicated that their sons/daughters are interested on
their registration forms. If you did not indicate your interest, please
contact the Division Director for your respective Division, and he will
be able to take care of your questions.
